AInventory is developed and supported by Directrix Analytics, headquartered in Cali, Colombia.


When to contact support

Write to support@directrixanalytics.com when:

  • You encounter an error not covered in Troubleshooting.
  • You need a configuration adjustment that is not available from the administration panel.
  • You have questions about data integration or initial tenant setup.
What to include in your message

To speed up the response, please include: your organization name (tenant), a description of the symptom, steps to reproduce it, and a screenshot if possible.


User access and permissions

For requests to add access, change a role, or remove a user within your organization, contact your AInventory tenant administrator directly. The Directrix support team does not manage individual user accounts per organization.
