Frequently asked questions

Answers to the most common questions about forecast, versions, KPIs and SofIA.

Forecast and editing

Do I need to save my forecast changes?

No. Every edit is recorded immediately and automatically. There is no "Save" button. To confirm that a change was registered, open the Change History of the active version.

Why can't I edit a cell?

Two possible reasons:

  1. Phase not assigned. You can only edit phases that your administrator has assigned to your user account.
  2. Outside the edit window. Each phase has a time window during which editing is enabled. If the window is closed, the cell is read-only.

Contact your administrator to verify your phase assignments and the current edit window configuration. See also: Roles and permissions.

When should I close a version?

At the end of the planning cycle for the corresponding month. Closing is performed by a user with an administrator or coordinator role. While the version remains open, KPIs will not be available.

See: Forecast versions.

KPIs and versions

Why are my KPIs not showing?

KPIs are calculated only on closed versions. If the current version is open, the indicators will not be available until an administrator closes it.

Open vs. closed version

The forecast view header shows the status of the active version. If it reads "Open", the dashboard KPIs will be blank until the version is closed.

Appearance and session

How do I switch between light and dark theme?

Use the sun/moon icon in the top-right corner of the application. The preference is saved in your browser and persists across sessions.

How do I switch company (tenant)?

Use the tenant selector in the top header of the application. You will only see the organizations your user account has access to.

SofIA (AI assistant)

Does SofIA store my company's data?

Not permanently. SofIA receives only the metrics visible on the current page as context; it does not store company data beyond the active session. The conversation resets automatically when you log out or after 2 hours of inactivity.

Privacy

SofIA has no access to data outside the current view. If you navigate to another page, the context changes to the content visible in that new view.
