Sign in and access

AInventory uses federated authentication: it does not manage its own passwords. You sign in with your organization's corporate identity through Google or Microsoft.

Application URL

Go to the AInventory URL provided by your administrator. You will see the welcome screen with both authentication options.

Authentication methods

Sign in with Google

  1. Click "Sign in with Google".
  2. The browser redirects you to the Google authentication flow.
  3. Select or enter your corporate account (your organization's email address — not a personal Gmail account).
  4. Accept any permissions if prompted.
  5. You will be redirected automatically to the AInventory dashboard.

Sign in with Microsoft

  1. Click "Sign in with Microsoft".
  2. The browser redirects you to the Microsoft authentication flow (Azure AD / Microsoft 365).
  3. Enter your corporate credentials (your organization's email and password, or the SSO flow configured by your IT team).
  4. Approve the MFA request if your organization requires it.
  5. You will be redirected automatically to the AInventory dashboard.
Authorized users only

Authenticating with Google or Microsoft verifies your identity, but access to AInventory is independent: only users that your organization's administrator has registered in the platform can sign in. If you see an access-denied message after authenticating, contact your tenant administrator.

Multi-tenant: switching companies

If your account has access to more than one company (tenant), you can switch between them without signing out:

  1. Locate the tenant selector in the top header (it displays the active company name).
  2. Click it to expand the list of available tenants.
  3. Select the company you want to switch to.
  4. All data and views update immediately to reflect the selected tenant: forecast, KPIs, inventory, and configuration all belong exclusively to that company.
Each tenant, isolated data

Data from one tenant is never mixed with data from another. Switching tenants is like entering a completely independent environment within the same session.

Sign out

To sign out, use the user menu in the top header and select "Sign out". This ends your active AInventory session; it does not sign you out of your Google or Microsoft account in the browser.
